RITUAL.
DESIRE.
REBELLION.
THE LOVE LANGUAGE OF TRANSFORMATION
You build rituals. You admit your desires.
You rebel against the life that asks you to abandon them.
LIFE ISN’T A FAIRYTALE.
Fairy tales taught us that life begins when someone finally chooses you. It begins when the prince arrives or the curse is broken and then suddently everything that felt impossible becomes possible. The story never really began until someone else rescued you.
I think that is why so many of us spend years waiting. We don’t call it waiting though, we call it being responsible and then we spend years waiting to be rescued without stopping to question what we have decided our rescue story is. We keep telling ourselves that we will start looking after ourselves when work settles down or when life is less busy. Perhaps when the children are older or we feel more confident in ourselves. Or my poison of choice when we have finally lost the weight. We stand at the edge of our own lives, waiting for a story that was never going to save us.
I lived like this for years. I was a damsel in distress, waiting to feel ready. Waiting for a ridiculous story or a knight in shining armour, if we are staying true to the metaphor here, to rescue me. Looking back I don’t think I was really waiting to be rescued, I was waiting to feel worthy. I thought that if I waited long enough then one day I would wake up feeling like I finally deserved the life I was so desperately seeking. But that day never came.
The day that did come was the day I realised that nobody was going to hand my life to me. As devastating as that could’ve been, I mean I did spend years waiting with my hands out. It turned out to be the most freeing thing I have ever understood. Because if nobody else gets to decide when your life begins, then nobody else gets to decide that it doesn't. That is the moment everything changed for me.
My life didn’t need rescuing, the curse didn’t need to be broken, the prince as handsome as he was, was never really the point. And let’s be honest, he probably wasn’t going to do what he promised anyway.
What my life needed was my attention. It needed me to stop standing at the edge of it, hoping that one day I would finally feel worthy enough to allow myself ot fall over the edge and have that earth shattering experience that changes everything.
I didn’t need a hero.
I needed ME.
THE RITUAL.
Most women don't come to me because they don't know what to do. They have spent years learning what to eat, how to exercise and what they “should” probably be doing differently. They have started again more times than they can count, and are usually convinced that this Monday will somehow be different from all the other Mondays that came before it. And yet they keep finding themselves back at the beginning.
I don't think that it’s because they need another plan. I think it iss because we have spent far too long treating our bodies like problems to solve while ignoring the relationship we have with the woman living inside them.
The Ritual is where we change that.
This is private 1:1 coaching that begins with your nutrition and movement, but also goes far deeper than most. Because I don't just want to know what you're eating. I want to understand why you disappear from your own life when things get difficult. I want to know why keeping a promise to everyone else feels non-negotiable while the promises you make to yourself are so easily broken. I want to know what you've been waiting for before you will finally allow yourself to fall over the edge and have the earth shattering life experience you deserve.
Because somewhere underneath the weight loss, the fresh starts and the endless attempts to get yourself "back on track", there is usually a much bigger story being told.
And that's the story I'm interested in.
STOP WAITING TO BE RESCUED
The Ritual is where the practical work and the deeper work finally get to exist in the same room. We will work on your nutrition and movement in a way that makes sense for your body and the life you actually live. We will look at the habits that keep falling apart and, instead of immediately deciding you need more discipline, we will get curious about why thungs never seem to stick.
You will complete This Week's Offering, where we can see what each week reveals and how we can move forward in a way that allows space for the life you desire.
You will have direct access to me via a telegram group chat for when something comes up that can't wait because transformation usualy happen in the in-between moments, where life throws you something unexpected.
You will also have access to my growing library of courses and resources, and we will use them according to what YOUR story needs in the moment. We might find ourselves talking about desire, or uncovering the ways you have learned to sacrifice yourself to keep everybody else comfortable. We may even discover that the woman trying desperately to change her body has actually been waiting for permission to change her life.
There isn't a predetermined version of you that I am trying to turn you into. I am interested in the life you have been pretending you don't want.
The one underneath all the shoulds and should nots. The one that keeps whispering even when you try not to listen. Because sustainable transformation isn't created by spending the rest of your life trying harder to control yourself. It is created when you finally decide that your relationship with yourself is worth protecting. And perhaps that's where the fairy tale got it wrong.
You were never waiting for someone to rescue you. You were waiting for someone to choose you. This time, that someone is you.
WHAT THE RITUAL ACTUALLY IS
The Ritual is for the woman who is tired of knowing what to do and still finding herself back at the beginning every other week. Maybe you have spent years trying to lose weight, starting again and again, only to disappear from your own plans the moment life gets difficult, work gets busy, or your priorities shift, again. Or perhaps you're beginning to realise that what you want isn't actually perfection.
Perhaps you want to know yourself well enough to trust yourself, maybe you want to feel at home in your body. My guess is you want to stop postponing the parts of your life you're actually excited about until you finally feel worthy of experiencing them.
You don't need to arrive here confident or disciplined. You don't even need to be completely certain that you're ready. You just need to be willing to stop treating yourself like another problem you have to fix. Because I'm not interested in helping you become a different woman.
We don't do reinvention here. We do reclamation. We do redemption.
And I'm interested in what happens when you finally stop abandoning yourself.
WHO IS THIS FOR
We begin with twelve weeks because the work we're doing deserves more than another frantic attempt to change everything overnight. This gives us time to understand what has actually been happening beneath the habits, while still doing the practical work of changing them. It gives us time to build a way of eating and moving that belongs in your real life, and to notice what happens when life refuses to go according to plan. And most importantly, it gives you time to experience something you may not have experienced for a very long time, what it actually feels like to keep showing up for yourself without needing to do it perfectly.
At the end of the twelve weeks, you can continue working with me on an ongoing basis, or we can close this chapter there. Either way, what you've built belongs to you.
It always did.
TWELVE WEEKS. $397 nzd per month (4 weeks)
THE INITIAL TERM
Maybe you've spent enough time waiting for the story to change.
Perhaps it's time to pick up the pen.
I don't think we love vampire stories because they are dark. (lie) Or dangerous. (also a lie) Or even because they'are sexy. (probably the biggest lie) But I do think we love them because they are written around devotion. A love so consuming it rewrites the person who experiences it. A love that says, There is nowhere else I would rather be and I refuse to survive without you.
I think we are all secretly looking for that kind of devotion. The only problem is that we have been looking for it in everybody except ourselves. To be perfectly honest I don’t think the invitation was ever really for the vampire. (he probably wasn’t waiting for one anyway and he was mostly just a distraction.)
The invitation was always for your desire, your rebellion and the version of your life you have spent years pretending not to want. The one that's been waiting patiently for you to stop apologising for wanting it. Maybe that's why you're here. Because you finally heard your life whisper and finally chose to listen.
Your life has been waiting on the other side of the door all along. Not demanding to be let in, just hoping you would answer.
So, the invitation is yours to send.
I'll see you on the other side.
THE INVITATION
